Simple yet Powerfull

i am an Architect and builder and I have to prduce estamates on a weekly basis. This application seems to have zeroed in on just what we need to estimate, keep current unit costs organized and updated, and produce great looking documents for our clients. There are no features bloating this app. It just does what I need and extremely well. Its like a contractor wrote the app.
