Construction Cost Estimator

In regard to the software, I purchased a cost book but did not know where it was and assumed it had not been downloaded. Then after I got a credit for it from Apple it was there with added complications. Just prior to version 2.4 my costbook disappeared and where do I find it now?

In that costbook it is not clear if the materials are included in some job pricings, like doing stairs and it is x$ for a tread. Is it intended that this is the supplied price?
